What is a dedicated courier?

A dedicated courier uses a vehicle and driver exclusively for your consignment. Your goods are collected and driven directly to the destination without being mixed with anyone else’s deliveries.

What is a wait and return courier service?

The driver delivers your consignment, waits while it’s signed for, checked, repaired or exchanged, and then brings the documents or goods straight back to you. It’s booked as one job.

Is a dedicated courier the same as same day delivery?

Every same day delivery we make is dedicated. The difference is that dedicated jobs can also be timed, overnight or wait and return, as well as same day.

How long will the driver wait?

Tell us roughly how long the wait will be when you book, and we’ll include it in your quote. If it takes longer on the day, we’ll let you know.
