Flooring is heavy, long and easily damaged, which is exactly why it doesn’t suit a parcel network. Your rolls, boxes and pallets travel on a dedicated vehicle, loaded once and unloaded once, with no depot handling in between.

Can you deliver carpet rolls?

Yes. Carpet and vinyl rolls travel flat inside the van. Let us know the roll width and weight when you book, so we send a vehicle with enough load length — most roll ends and many full rolls fit our long-wheelbase and Luton vans.

Can you deliver flooring direct to a fitting site?

Yes. We deliver to building sites, homes and commercial premises as well as shops and warehouses. Tell us about any access restrictions or delivery windows and we’ll plan around them.

Do you collect from flooring distributors and wholesalers?

Yes. We regularly collect from trade counters and distribution centres and deliver the same day, which is often faster than waiting for the distributor’s own scheduled delivery.

Can you move pallets of LVT or laminate?

Yes, from a single pallet to a full van load. Pallets need a forklift or pallet truck to unload, so let us know if there isn’t one on site. See pallet delivery for more detail.
